Chris Lee is a Washington State native and currently resides with his family in Pasco, Washington. Chris is first and foremost a family man. He and his wife Andrea are raising 5 beautiful children and hope to create a brighter future for them and their posterity by balancing their carbon footprint. He is extremely passionate about his team, giving back to his community, and influencing others for the better. Chris’ entrepreneurial mind and experience in the solar community have helped him catapult Solgen Power to be one of the fastest growing Solar Companies in the nation.
Daryl is a “Serial Entrepreneur”, having worked in pest control, home automation, renewable energy, and solar. He has a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Utah. Residing in Kennewick, Washington with his wife and four girls, Daryl loves the fact that he was able to come back to his hometown and provide opportunities for others with his family. When not working, he enjoys outdoor activities including dirt biking, boating, and bow fishing with his family. He is described by his staff as outgoing, grounded, and empowering. Truly, a great leader in the solar industry.
Matt was born in raised in Utah. While attending Utah State University, an itch for entrepreneurship was brewed. Involving himself in several entrepreneurial adventures, he found himself having quite the success. Catching wind of a new opportunity in Eastern Washington, he quickly found himself picking his life up with his wife and 2 beautiful daughters to join his newest quest of helping build up a residential solar company. With Matt’s ability to persist until a problem is solved and his creativity to present new solutions, he found himself with a new place to satisfy his entrepreneurial craving, Solgen Power.
Hayden Plummer comes from strong family roots located in Utah. Spending most of his life there, he met his wife in college attending Utah State University. His original background was in accounting, but eventually stumbled his way into an opportunity in marketing with a start up. During his time there, he heard about an opportunity to help another start up company out with their marketing efforts. Quickly he jumped feet first into this new opportunity in Washington and brought his wife and 2 kids with another on the way with him. That start up company is eventually what turned into what we know today as Solgen Power.
