Compensation: $45-$60/hour with opportunity to make $90/hour with bonuses.

We are seeking licensed Journeyman Electricians to join our growing team! This position is unlike any other opportunity out there! Here’s what sets us apart:

What we're looking for:
- Strong work ethic and coachable attitude,

- A drive to succeed and build/lead a team.
Qualifications:
- Washington Electrician Card Holder is required. Oregon Electrician Card Holder is desirable but optional.
- Solar experience would be desirable but not required.
- Experience with residential service changes and upgrades a plus.
- A commitment to follow safety guidelines.
- Ability to work from roofs and heights as needed.
- Enjoys working outdoors with the ability to perform the physical work of an electrician.
- Proficiency with the National Electrical Code and local codes.
- Valid driver’s license; a clean driving record is a plus.
