Position Overview:





NOT DIGITAL MARKETINGWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a team of field marketers in achieving their goals, generating sales leads, leading team meetings, and conducting trainings. You will focus on marketing in specific territories within your assigned region, strategically driving market growth and maximizing sales opportunities. This is a commission-only position, offering a targeted compensation range of $54,000 to $120,000, with potential for top performers to earn even more.





Responsibilities:





1. Support Field Marketing Team:





- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to a team of field marketers, helping them achieve their goals and targets.





- Collaborate closely with team members to identify challenges, develop strategies, and optimize field marketing activities.





- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.





2. Self-Generate and Team-Generated Sales Leads:





- Proactively generate sales leads through targeted marketing efforts, networking, and relationship building.





- Conduct research, identify potential customers, and develop strategies to engage and convert leads into sales opportunities.





- Meet or exceed the sales quota of 10 or more sales from Team and self-generated leads per month.





3. Lead Team Meetings and Trainings:





- Organize and lead team meetings to discuss strategies, share best practices, and align field marketing activities.





- Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of field marketers, supporting their professional development.





- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to individual team members to optimize their performance.





4. Territory Marketing and Strategic Initiatives:





- Focus on marketing activities within specific territories based on sales needs and market potential.





- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive market growth, increase brand awareness, and capture new sales opportunities.





- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align field marketing strategies with overall business objectives.





5. Sales Lead Performance and Stick Rate:





- Monitor and track the performance of sales leads generated, aiming for a stick rate of 80% or more on all sales leads.





- Analyze data, evaluate conversion rates, and implement strategies to improve lead quality and conversion effectiveness.





- Regularly report on sales lead performance to the leadership team, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.





Qualifications:





- Proven experience in sales, field marketing, or a related field, with a track record of achieving targets and driving results.





- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of field marketers.





- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively lead meetings and conduct trainings.





- Demonstrated ability to self-generate sales leads and convert them into successful sales opportunities.





- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing initiatives.





- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales lead quotas and achieving high stick rates.





- Knowledge of the assigned region and its market dynamics, with the ability to identify growth opportunities.





- Ability to thrive in a commission-only position and work autonomously to achieve targets.





- Sales, field marketing, and leadership experience is highly preferred.
