We are seeking an International Communications Manager to join our growing team! The Internal Communications Manager provides communications counsel and support to Solgen Power leaders to help them effectively engage with teams around the globe. The Internal Communications Manager ensures that all messaging reinforces our culture and that we have consistent, intentional themes threaded throughout communications, identifying appropriate communications channels. The role reports directly to the Director of Business Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with implementing strategic plans, ensuring they align with corporate objectives in Utah and our International team.
- Manage metrics, performance criteria, policies, and procedures to improve our team’s productivity continuously.
- Directly set performance goals and objectives accordingly with the team.
- Develop and maintain a strategy for ensuring customer satisfaction in all transactions.
- Provide team motivation and development to maximize opportunities
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong supervisory experience including staff development.
- Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Possess time management, planning, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to learn new products and systems
- Ability to work in a professional fast-paced environment
