Solar Sales Consultants:
•Earn from $150,000 - $225,000 per year with a base plus commission structure. Commission is based on 20-30 qualified appointments per month.
•Comprehensive Sales and Solar Training provided.
•Leadership positions also available.
What you’ll be doing:
•Responsible for self-generating appointments during training
•Once proven as closer company leads provided
•Consult with customers to make custom solar design
•Work with design team to produce optimal solar proposals
•Presenting in home to customers
•Walk clients through financing options
•Pipeline management
•Work with Field Marketers
•Have fun
Position Requirements:
•Sales Experience required (1-2 years min.)
•Work ethic
•Coachable attitude
•Communication skills
•Ability to work independently
•Reliable vehicle
•Access to iPad or Apple Laptop to present proposals
